Terms and conditions of Sale
FOREWORD
These conditions are valid only between the Private Limited Company Lise London Ltd. registered in England and Wales with Number 8404461 and VAT N. 163 8510 08, hereinafter referred to as « Lise London” and any person making purchases online on the website www.liselondon.com hereinafter referred to as “Customer”. By placing an order for a Product on the Lise London website, the Customer acknowledges that s/he has read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepted them unreservedly. No signature will be required from the Customer for this acknowledgement to be valid.
1.- Object of the Contract
With these general conditions of sale, LISE LONDON sells and the CUSTOMER buys the products offered for sale on the website www.liselondon.com. The contract is concluded exclusively through the Lise London e-boutique and all products are subject to availability. We may need to modify these conditions at anytime and advise our Customers to review them whenever accessing our Website, the date of our acceptance of the Purchase Order on line being considered as the date of entry into force of our Contract.
2.- Registration and availability of the Purchase Orders
The contract between Lise London and the Customer will only come into existence upon confirmation by email of the delivery of the Purchase Order by Lise London to the Customer. The Customer will become liable to make payment for the Order at that time. Until then and at anytime, we may decline to fulfil the Order without having to justify ourselves.
We will contact the Customer by email if we are unable to fulfil the Order.
If we are unable to supply part of the totality of the Order, because we are out of stock, if there is a delay beyond our control, or there is an error in the pricing of a certain item, we shall not be liable to the Customer. We may decide to make partial deliveries, informing the Customer by e-mail.
3.- Product Liability
Risk in the products constituting the Order, will pass to the Customer from the moment of delivery.
4.- Right to conformity and guarantee
Lise London guarantees that the Products are in conformity with the use expected of them, and do not present defects or hidden defects that may make them dangerous or unsuitable for their normal use.
5.- Prices
All prices are either in Pounds Sterling or in €uros and inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges. Prices may change at anytime due to price increase of raw materials or for other reasons beyond our control.
6.- Payment
The Customer can pay by MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Maestro card or Paypal and any other card mentioned on the website. Communications relating to the payment and data provided by the Customer are made on dedicated lines and protected with all the guarantees secured by the use of security protocols provided by the payment networks.
7.- Deliveries of the Purchase Orders
Orders are normally delivered within 3-7 working days depending on the destination, with up to a maximum of 30 days from the day following the date of payment of the order by the Customer if the products are not immediately available, without the right to claim any compensation.
The invoice information is provided by the Customer during the purchase process. After issuing the invoice, the Customer cannot make any changes to the information provided.
8.- Delays in delivery
If the maximum delivery period of 30 days is exceeded and provided the Product(s) ordered have not yet been dispatched, the Customer is entitled to exercise his/her right to cancel the order by email or by post but without the right to claim any compensation.
9.- Ownership
Lise London retains legal ownership of its Products until payment has been received.
10.- Cancellation rights and return policy
The Customer has the right to cancel the Purchase Order without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 7 days, from the date of delivery of the products, by sending us a notice of cancellation via email or by post.
If the Customer decides to exercise this right, s/he must inform Lise London, via email before making the return. It is a condition that the goods are returned unopened and in its original packaging to Lise London at the address that will be communicated to the Customer by email at the time of return.
The shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned unopened, undamaged, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc..). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Lise London will refund the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 days.
11.- General liability
Lise London assumes no liability in the event of failing to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract, for disruptions caused by unforeseeable circumstances or reasons beyond our control, even when generated from malfunctions and failures of Internet.
12.- Your suggestions
We welcome your feedback regarding our products as well as your Suggestions and other ideas. All Customer’s Suggestions will be submitted on the understanding that they are non-confidential and non-proprietary to the person providing them and we reserve ourselves the right to publish them on our website for the benefit of other Customers, without acknowledgement or payment to you. You agree that you are not misrepresenting the origin of the Suggestions when sending them to us and that you will indemnify us for any claims arising from a third party in respect of his/her rights on its content.
13.- Lise London Website
The Customer has the right to access the website for consultation and for purchases.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the material and content within the Lise London Website is made available only for the Customer’s personal use. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether audio or visual, and the technology are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Lise London Ltd.
14.– Cookies
The www.liselondon.com website uses “cookies”. Cookies are electronic files that record information during the navigation of the Customer (pages consulted, date and time of the visit …), allowing Lise London to offer a more personalised service to its customers.
15.- Governing law and jurisdiction
Lise London website, its content and any contracts entered as a result of usage of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
