A PERFECT WOMAN NATURAL SCENT TRANSPORTS YOU TO LAKE WINDERMERE, LAND OF BEATRIX POTTER

A Perfect Woman natural scent would be Beatrix Potter favourite perfume as it is a flower bouquet on a green setting

Beatrix Potter enjoyed living in the country in her dear house near Lake Windermere, where

she wrote the most lovely children’s tales for everyone’s happiness.

Read below a few of her quotes :

Beatrix Potter, on The Tale of Peter Rabbit

“Once upon a time there were four little Rabbits, and their names were–Flopsy, Mopsy, Cottontail, and Peter. ”

“Peter was not very well during the evening. His mother put him to bed, and made some chamomile tea: “One table-spoonful to be taken at bedtime.”

Beatrix Potter was a very modern 19th. century fine simple woman, who refused to marry her parents’ choice of husband and married her Notary. Although she never had any children, she made the world’s children her own, by writing and illustrating wonderful tales for them.

She was ahead of her time when she bought a lot of land to preserve it and on her death, she bequeathed it to the Nation

Lise London totally agrees with Beatrix Potter when she said :

“I hold that a strongly marked personality can influence descendants for generations.”

Beatrix Potter is an example for us to follow because above all, she respected nature and like Lise London, she knew that the key to a successful marriage was respect, a zest of humour and the ability to make compromises.

Beatrix Potter said :

“I hold an old-fashioned notion that a happy marriage is the crown of a woman’s life.”

“What heaven can be more real than to retain the spirit-world of childhood?”
